1. 我们是谁 / Who We Are

KT AUTO 是位于中国广州的二手车及新车出口商（个体经营者，以下简称"我们"）。我们运营官方网站 ktautoexport.com、微信小程序"KT AUTO 车源"及微信/WhatsApp 咨询渠道，为全球经销商提供车辆信息展示与出口咨询服务。

KT AUTO is a used & new car exporter based in Guangzhou, China. We operate the website ktautoexport.com, the WeChat Mini Program "KT AUTO 车源", and WeChat/WhatsApp channels to display vehicles and support export enquiries from dealers worldwide.

2. 我们收集的信息 / Information We Collect

• 您通过微信小程序上传的车辆照片、视频（可能涉及调用您的相册或摄像头权限）；Photos/videos you upload in our Mini Program (may involve your photo album or camera permission).
• 微信登录生成的 OpenID（匿名标识，用于管理功能权限校验）；OpenID from WeChat login (anonymous identifier used for admin permission checks).
• 您主动提供的联系方式（微信 / WhatsApp / 电话）与询价内容；Contact details (WeChat / WhatsApp / phone) and enquiry messages you provide voluntarily.
• 您通过官网表单或即时通讯主动发送给我们的信息。Information you send us via website forms or instant messaging.

我们不收集您的姓名、身份证号、精确地理位置等敏感个人信息。We do not collect sensitive personal data such as ID numbers or precise location.

3. 信息使用目的 / How We Use Information

• 向买家与经销商展示车辆信息；Display vehicle information to buyers and dealers.
• 与您沟通交易、提供报价与出口方案；Communicate with you about transactions, quotations and export solutions.
• 维护小程序与网站的正常运行与安全。Maintain the operation and security of our Mini Program and website.

4. 信息共享与披露 / Sharing & Disclosure

除法律法规要求，或为提供技术服务所必需（如腾讯云、微信开放平台、域名与 CDN 服务商）外，我们不出售、不向无关第三方披露您的个人信息。We do not sell or disclose your personal information to unrelated third parties, except as required by law or as necessary for technical services (e.g. Tencent Cloud, WeChat platform, domain/CDN providers).

5. 存储与安全 / Storage & Security

数据存储于微信云开发（腾讯云）等服务商的合规服务器。我们采取合理的安全措施保护您的信息，但任何网络传输均无法保证绝对安全。Data is stored on compliant servers of service providers such as WeChat Cloud Development (Tencent Cloud). We take reasonable security measures, though no network transmission can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

6. 您的权利 / Your Rights

您有权要求查询或删除您提供的照片、视频及其他个人信息，可通过下方联系方式提出。You may request access to or deletion of the photos, videos and personal information you provided, by contacting us below.

7. 未成年人保护 / Children's Privacy

本服务面向成年经销商与买家，不面向 14 周岁以下未成年人。Our service is intended for adult dealers and buyers, not for children under 14.
